As the founder of Flowcoacher, he is a business, leadership and talent coach who helps you to figure out what you do best and then work with you to earn great all-round success.

Chris has been advising leaders in businesses since 1993, ranging from global entities to sole traders, including all manner of amazingly diverse individuals, gathering the know-how and experience to partner with those in a leadership role who target achieving outstanding results alongside maintaining optimum mental wellbeing.

He is also available to work directly with private clients on career strategy, career transition and the wide range of personal challenges faced over the course of a professional and personal lifetime. Chris has evolved his hard-won personal learning and his career coaching and career transition knowledge, into a powerful model for anyone committed to building a more fulfilling, lucrative and meaningful career for themselves.

Chris is comfortable having the challenging conversations that are sometimes needed and does so balancing kindness with candour in the way you’d expect from someone who genuinely cares. He sees and connects with the human being behind each job title and helps you to achieve your goals and needs, on both an emotional and professional level.

Since 2017 Chris has volunteered with A Band Of Brothers, a national charity providing ongoing mentoring to young men involved in the criminal justice system. This charity was established by men committed to positive social change through personal development and community building. He loves the mountains (especially in winter), is a keen road cyclist taking on numerous endurance challenges, and in 2013 played in a non-stop 5 a side football match for 48 hours, to help raise money for Ugandan anti malaria and education charities.
